My girlfriend recently tried Flow and Easy which is a tea that assist with cramps and the difference was honestly incredible. Before taking it, her period cramps were at a 10/10—severe, uncomfortable, and draining. After taking Flow and Easy, her pain dropped all the way down to about a 2–3, which was a massive improvement.
She said the relief felt noticeable and made it much easier for her to get through the day without being completely taken out by the pain. For anyone who deals with intense menstrual cramps and is looking for something that actually works, this product is absolutely worth trying. We’re both really impressed with the results. Smells Incredible — My New Go-To Scent
